along side the roads in the middle of the day for sale. They had cell phone #s on them. Isn't this illegal activity? Not only does it look bad but do these people have licenses to sell these cars. Are the cars legal? Permits?This is a main street in a crime infested city,what is the Law enforcements protocol or is this a code enforcement or political problem. this really needs to be addressed.
