This map shows an interesting way of controlling music. A module plays continually with very long samples, each containing "instruments", and every sample fades in when a button is pressed. The farthest button has a "credits"/"conclusion"/"end of episode" kind of effect by retriggering all samples some semitones lower and then again after a quarter of a measure some semitones lower.
Be advised, I didn't make a reset switch so if you need to reset, you need to do so manually.

Defend against teh evil zombies and demons. Without dying. Keep alive as long as you can to get a high score. The score is ever increasing as long as you're alive and you get 1000 points for killing a monster. In the middle of the map there is a vendor which sells stuff for credits. Credits are gained over time and based on what level you're on.

It's a christmas arena map, my first arena map actually, and is based on a wave system. It's not hard to survive, and many might say it's a pain in the ass to wait so damn long before the next wave arrives because the delay between waves are incremented linearly. Still, it's a way to waste time.
